Payment

Fees for psychotherapy are not covered by OHIP, but services may be covered by private insurance or extended health insurance plans.

Credit cards are used to collect payment following each session. Upon payment, you will be sent a receipt that you can submit to your health insurance provider for reimbursement. If you do not have a credit card and/or require an alternative payment method, please send us an email at info@peopledocare.ca. 

Cancellations or Missed Appointments

The clinician's hourly rate will be charged for cancellations made without 24-hour notice or for missed appointments.

48-hour notice of cancellation is required for in-person sessions only.

Please note the clinician reserves the right to refuse service if a client has an outstanding balance.
