FEES + POLICIES
Payment
Fees for psychotherapy are not covered by OHIP, but services may be covered by private insurance or extended health insurance plans.
Credit cards are used to collect payment following each session. Upon payment, you will be sent a receipt that you can submit to your health insurance provider for reimbursement. If you do not have a credit card and/or require an alternative payment method, please send us an email at info@peopledocare.ca.

Please note the clinician reserves the right to refuse service if a client has an outstanding balance.

Accessibility Commitment
At PeopleDo Health + Wellness, accessibility is at the heart of our practice. While our physical office does not currently have a wheelchair ramp, we are committed to ensuring that mental health support is available to everyone through accessible alternatives. We proudly offer virtual therapy sessions, allowing clients to connect with our team from the comfort of their own space. Additionally, our website is designed using WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) standards to ensure a seamless and inclusive online experience. We continually strive to improve accessibility by listening to our clients, integrating feedback, and adopting innovative approaches to create a supportive environment for all.
